The Role:
A large Banking group is currently recruiting for a number of Business Analysts to work within their payments programme, with extensive banking / financial services experience. This role will be responsible for undertaking process mapping activities to support the testing and business operating model. Key responsibilities will include assisting in the development of implementation preparation work; including business readiness and analysis of deployment options, and delivering plans explaining procedures pre, during and post the new target operating model.

The Candidate:
We are interested in applicants with Business Analysis experience in the banking / financial services industries. Good relationship building and communication skills along with the ability to present complex information in a straight forward fashion are essential. Experience within banking payments or implementation / deployments would be highly advantageous for these positions. Experience of SWIFT, BACS, SEPA, CHAPS, or Faster Payments is desirable.
